It is our job to ensure that the conversation stays on track, that everyone's voices are heard and that all of the information gathered is collated and provided back to the organization. Tara has worked with the City of Calgary, Women's International Council, Calgary Alliance for the Common Good and many more.

As a leader in not for profits and a teacher of a variety of subjects we have over 15 years of experience with group facilitation. We have participated in leadership training such as Executive Directions and International Association of Facilitators and are confident that we can provide the results that you need.
